Dear Beekeeping Colleagues,
We’re reaching out on behalf of the Pollinator Stewardship Council and
the American Beekeeping Foundation to ask for your organization’s
support in a critical effort to protect pollinators, people, and the
future of our food system.
In light of unprecedented colony losses—75–90% in some operations—and
mounting evidence linking these die-offs to neonicotinoid insecticides,
we are urging the Make America Healthy Again Commission to recommend
immediate federal action.
We’ve extended the sign-on deadline for beekeeping organizations to
Monday, April 28, because your voice is essential in showing the scale
and urgency of this crisis. We want to show industry wide support of
this issue, and this will be most impactful with a long list of
organizational signers.
