Beekeepers,

The next Indy Southside Beekeepers Club meeting will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the Franklin Township Civic League office, 8822 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46239.

We will be having our Swap meet at our June meeting! Bring the beekeeping/honey related items you no longer need and swap with other Club members. I know that there are several books that Mark Walsh has from Linda Gibson.

REMINDERS

It's almost time for the spring harvest, attached is the handbook for Indiana Home-Based Vendors, please download it and give it a read if you're looking to sell your honey this year.

We Still need Volunteers for the State Fair (Wed. Aug. 6th) See me at the meeting, email me, or send me a pigeon if you want to volunteer. See this list to make sure your name is on the volunteer sheet

Those who have volunteered for the Wanamaker Street Fair, we'll need to coordinate who's bringing tables, canopies, etc. See this list to make sure your name is on the volunteer sheet

Finally, our Aug, 5th meeting will be at Southeastway Park. We'll find an empty shelter for the meeting. The Civic League parking lot is being renovated and won't be available to us.
