Opportunities for Indy Southside Bee Club members

Beekeepers,
I've had 2 individuals contact me requesting assistance from a beekeeper.
The first, a gentleman that lives in the 9000 block of Thompson Road needs help/advice/assistance with a colony of bees that have taken up residence in the vacant house next door. The house is a one-story limestone home. The bees are entering through the caulking around one of the bedroom windows. There is also a hole in the wooden soffit at the corner of the house about 6' away that bees can be seen entering and leaving. He thinks it's possible that the bees could either be in the soffit, the attic or behind the drywall in the bedroom. If the drywall needs to be cut out to remove the bees, that's okay. He will work with the homeowner to get permission for a beekeeper to remove the necessary areas to remove the bees without being responsible for any repairs. He has contacted a couple of exterminator companies who refuse to kill the colony. They tell him to get with a beekeeper.
The second is a gentleman that lives in the 9000 block of South Mitthoeffer Road that would like to offer part of his 5(?) acre property for a beekeeper to place some hives. He is a former beekeeper and would like to work with someone affiliated with a Bee Club.
