Hi there. I'm glad that you all could make it to the Bee Club meeting Tuesday night. I just want to check to see that I have your email addresses correct. Just respond to this message to confirm.

We are a pretty loose group. Please stay after a meeting and introduce yourself and enjoy the chats/lamenting/conversation. Beekeeping is a struggle at times so it helps to have a support group. If you haven't, check out and join our Facebook page. We don't have club dues but at each meeting we "pass the bee" for a goodwill collection. We donate this money to the Franklin Township Civic League. They allow us to use the building for free and this helps to offset their costs.

Each month I'll send out an email asking for agenda topics. PLEASE send your questions in, even if you think it's silly because you are a new beekeeper. However, you will hear lots of input from a variety of people so you can decide what's best for you. Sometimes members who have kept bees for a while face a challenge for the first time and it helps them, too. I usually send out an email with the agenda on the Sunday before the meeting. Feel free to drop me a message anytime if you need help. I'll try to match you up with another club member for the information.
