Follow up from last nights Indy Southside Beekeepers Club meeting

Hello Beekeepers!
Thanks to everyone who attended our meeting last night. Our silent auction/drawing made $81.00! Thanks to the participants and congratulations to the lucky winners.
Daniel Karagory has our new website up and running already! He will now be known as the ISBC WebMaster. Thank you, Daniel for making this easy for everyone (especially me.) The website is https://indysouthsidebeekeepers.com. Please remember that if you do a "reply all" to one of my emails it will be posted on the website. Please do with pictures, resources, and tips/tricks for beekeeping. We would like to see picture of your spring hive activity.
We had several new people in attendance last night. Welcome. You'll be getting an email about a week before the next meeting asking for agenda items, questions, discussion topics, etc. Please feel free to send something in.
It's spring time and folks are needing nucs and others have nucs to sell. Please send me an email if you need nucs and how many or if you will have nucs and how many you anticipate selling. Since all things beekeeping are pretty fluid we won't hold you to it. When nucs become available I'll go down the list and offer to the folks needing nucs in the order I received the request. You will work directly with the seller to arrange pickup. The first one available will go to Kathleen Toby our Club's 2024 Jump Start Beekeeper and we will work on through the list. Please anticipate that it will be at least mid-April before any are available.
Jeff Abshear found the information for our State's Apiary Inspector. He is Jared Spokowsky (Nursery Inspector & Compliance Officer) - J***@d***.IN.gov. I will send him an email and invite him to a future meeting.
