Beekeepers,

We've put together a list of members who let us know that they would work at the 2025 Indiana State Fair. This is great but we need one more person for the evening shift and one person to switch from the day to the evening shift. Please check your calendars and let Vickie and me know if you can work or switch shifts. Also, volunteers please let us know ASAP if you need a parking pass or if you are carpooling. We can buy discount parking tickets until midnight Wednesday night. A separate message will go out to the workers soon.

Don't forget Bug Fest! Bug Fest volunteers, we will be submitting names to Southeastway park after the meeting Tuesday night. Additional parking and event information will be coming soon. Vickie has some of the educational materials from the Street Fair that she will have on Tuesday night to pass on for Bug Fest. Could someone volunteer to take it? We also need to know how many people will be selling honey. Contact Vickie if you have any questions. We'll coordinate at the meeting.
